I need to locate my Xbox that has been stolen

You would have to file a police report with your local police department who will then contact Microsoft.

Another thing you will want to do is to sign into all accounts at account.live.com that were on that xbox and change the password for them.

That way whoever does have your xbox they will not have access to your accounts.

you should contact the police, then contact also microsoft support and inform them about the situation

 

Change password, call police and check your purchase history.

Unfortunately Microsoft/Xbox can not help in this situation.

Please file a stolen item report with your local police department.

Also change the password of all accounts that were on that console so they can't use it:

Unfortunately xbox can not render a console unusable because as far as they know, that person bought it from you.
