Theft?

I signed up for 14 days trial for microsoft gamepass, ended it the same day so that i would not get charged for a month. Today i decided to try gamepass for 1 month, cause i wanted access to some of the games in store. When i came to my account site, it
said i have been charged for 2 months (3 april & 3 may). I got in contact with microsoft support, they told me to contact xbox support, so i did... They could only give me refund in may, but not in april.. How is that possible? I cant get refund or at least
1 month free gamepass for something that messed up on your side? I know for a fact that i ended it, i always end subscriptions like these. This is a robbery.. I have not gotten any notice about renewal on this by mail or what so ever.. I was about to buy 1
month of gamepass from you guys, but instead i got the worst expirience ever...

You have a lovely support, tried to help me all they could. But as everyone else, there are rules to follow, and so on. They contacted what "he/she" called offline support.. They declined my request for refund.. So i ask, why? Why wont you make a customer happy
instead of all this? When i got charged for something i ended, i did not accept any renewal what so ever.

I'm afraid nobody in the forums will be able to assist regarding refund related questions.

You will have to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat, since they are the only ones that can handle refund related questions etc.
