hi , I'm sick and tired of sending you messages. Your happy to take my money when buying things off your store!!!! But when it come to my rewards then you just won't do anything about them depositing. I've wasted time and money on this scheme with no reward.
Yet you still advertise for me to buy a game and get the rewards. This is an absolute joke!!!!

I've always told people to buy Xbox over you rivals but I I think I will cut my losses and cross me and my kids to PlayStation as I cannot trust Microsoft. I've spent a lot of money on your store!

Also I have £30 to spend on your store and would like it reimbursed could you tell me who to talk to to get my money back pls. I'm absolutely disgusted at microsofts support on this!!!
