and it says:

You need a security code to log in to the website. Access to this site will be enabled on 11/04/2023 when your security
information is updated. You can still access the website when it's Outlook and Skype, for which you don't need a
security code.
On October 5, 2023, you sent a request to change security data.

One Guide?

I thought that got cancelled and removed from the Xbox One years ago

Yes about twelve months ago our "FreeView" guide service was disabled and people just learnt to deal with watching DTV without guide data but since the most recent update, the DTV tuner is now also disabled.

It will scan and find channels but won't play. And resetting the device prevents any further scanning functionality as it seems to require "OneGuide TV lineup" postcode data before DTV scan, which is now also disabled.

Not impressed.

Also not impressed how all the questions about this issue get comments closed by moderators.

The 5 Home Xbox switches are not reset entirely after one year; instead, you are given one switch at a time starting from one year after you first used them. For example, if you used one switch on March 16, 2023, and another on April 20, 2023, you will receive one switch on March 16, 2024, and then another on April 20, 2024, and so on with the remaining switches.

Mine has not auto redeemed at all this year for the 10,500. I have been signed up for it as of 2022. It worked all of 2022, but has yet to work at all in 2023. Always says GOAL MET!, yet Never redeems for me. I have ended up buying the 12,000 one every month this year. No response all year from Microsoft about it. Can't find any helpful customer service with bigger companies now and days. Sad....
