    As someone with a Xbox One S, I don't mind missing out on the Xbox One X features but I do plan on upgrading in the future. I would also go for a new console instead of a refurbished because of my personal preference. It's up to you but you do have some
    options.

    The Xbox X is better than the S so it depends on if you need the extra power the X is delivering otherwise getting a new S is a good idea in my opinion. (New warranty period and all)
