    The XBOX team treated me rudely for no reason.


    Today I was watching the XBOX live on twitch and typed in the chat "GIVEME1YEARGAMEPASSPLS" and I was banned. Is this how the microsoft team treats its consumers? I am deeply disappointed by this disrespectful attitude. I didn't curse anyone, I didn't disrespect
    any of the people who were watching. An a little while on twitch live you will only see the moderators and their arrogance. I want an apology from the moderator who banned me. I don't know who did it, but in the chat there were two moderators [mod removed]

    Hello, As you can know from stereotypes you hate the type who begged for something if it was a joke I and the Team Are apologizing for this mistake because Microsoft takes everything seriously 1 mistake and the company will have big problems so I recommend
    not putting these jokes cause the staff of Microsoft and Xbox takes everything seriously I hope you have a great day!

    Asking for free stuff is generally frowned upon in a lot of Xbox areas. The Twitch moderation team may not use the forums and I don't know what their policy is on that channel, but that may be what their policy is to do when people do that.

    I called Xbox Support today. Got transferred to Tech Support and was treated poorly. I hope not all Reps and Supervisors are as rude to Xbox Customers like I was treated today. Highly disappointed :(
