    This would be a great suggestion if the support website wasnt down. However the support for xbox is almost always down from my experience. How is this helpful to anyone?

    Hello Fergus and Happy New Year, i'm sorry it's happening, this has been an issue since yesterday and I'll guess it is been worked on, I'll suggest you try again after a few hours and also try using multiple browsers as well.
