I have tried a reset on the Xbox and think it’s the network issue

Dude the recent update was DUFF and has caused hanging, freezes, USB unrecognition and garbled audio.

There are literaly hundreds of us paying customers all describing the same issues since the update 3 days ago,

If so, in some situations only 10% is not enough for it to be able to swap games (temporary game file management)

I don't know what procedures you've tried on your console, but if you're in Series S or X, try removing the games from "Quick Resume" and performing a cache cleanup on the system.

If the slowdown continues, make a reset while maintaining games and Apps.

1. Go to xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > system > console > system

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.
