The Xbox One User interface needs some serious improvement?

Is it me or is the Xbox One UI no where near as good as the 360's UI even in the year 2015. Why is it so minimal looking, it's as if it's a DRM based UI, everything is either hidden away or put into folders and the pins require an internet connection. The
UI looks horrible when it's offline, why is everything squashed, why can't Microsoft spread it all out like with the 360 and why not have that window pop up by pressing the home button like with 360's where you can quickly check your messages, send invites
or check your friends which was much better than the snap feature. A single home button press could bring up that Xbox 360 window, a double press goes to the home menu, do it for the Xbox One Microsoft and why can't i check whats in my hard drive or the cloud.
Whether it's game saves or games, i don't care if it does it automatically. I just want to check and organise.

Haha, I'm middle aged and I hate it.

Voice controls are to long winded too.

I am now getting even more frustrated with the Xbox One user interface, compared to when I first purchased the console.

When the Xbox One came out, the UI was smooth, user friendly, and easy to get to where you want.

Now however, I'm pressing up, down, left, up, up, down, left, etc, etc, just to get to one item. It's also very sluggish, slow to open up menus, and just damn frustrating.

I was trying to change my background to a picture, (which is pointless, as it's all covered), when I found my screenshots and decided I didn't like them, I pressed B in hope to go back to select a colour, but no, instead of going back just one, it's goes
back further, where I have to re-select "Personalise".

I'm sure I use to be able to flick through my screenshots, now it seems I select one and have to come out and select a different one, instead of flicking through.

I really want the original UI version please... (surely that can be and option) This new Windows 10 feel in awful!

Or is it just me...

PSersonally, I think they've slowed down the UI, just so the Xbox One S seems faster.

They are bringing our a new UI I think it is released later this year.
