Microsoft/ Xbox, you guys need to update the XBOX ONE Smart Glass, so i can turn on my XBOX ONE, i mean if i can turn it off i should be able to turn it on.. So Can you guys add a TURN ON Button to the XBOX ONE Smart Glass app PLZ

How to make Xbox One auto-sign in without the Kinect.

If you turn off your Kinect-less Xbox One with the
Smart Glass app remote feature, and then turn it back on, you'll notice that it
will auto-sign you in.

But if you turn off your Kinect-less Xbox One from the
controller or from the console on/off button and then turn it back on, it
will not auto-sign in.

Something I noticed when messing around with the Smart Glass remote feature.

Regardless of this discovery, Microsoft,
please add in a stupid auto-sign in feature for a Kinect-less Xbox One in your next update.

Last time I checked, we live in 2014, not 1914.

Any one else not able to turn their Xbox off via the smart glass app when I fallow the directions via the update

There is no option in the smart glass app it just says automatic login like it always says no option to turn on or off???

 

Well smartglass has to be connected to the internet to find an xbox one on your network. So how exactly would it work if no xbox one is detected?

Also people are lazy.

 

This would be so much easier than saying Xbox on.......

 

lol not sure why this is needed .. "Xbox, On" .. the controller too .. isn't it just as simple to use either of those.

 

It's too much trouble to push a button on my controller.

I would rather grab my phone, pull up the app and push a button there. It's just easier...and saves time.

I agree since "X Box On" only works about 50% of the time. No issues with "X Box Off" though how strange.

Nah, I just hated having disc errors on discs I took perfectly good care of...
