The Xbox one s will come on but not connect to TV or controller

The only way I know to fix this is to connect your Xbox to your TV using the RCA component cable that comes with your Xbox, the gray one that comes with the original xbox 360 or the black one that comes with the 360 s will also work. Once you have changed
the setting to 60hz you can then disconnect that lead and use a hdmi lead to connect to your TV instead.

There is no Bluetooth radio component in the Xbox One S console itself.

The controllers connect to the Xbox One S the same way the controllers connect to the original Xbox One: proprietary RF. You could technically connect an Xbox One S controller to an original Xbox One, and an original Xbox controller to the Xbox One S.

The Bluetooth functionality in the new Xbox One S controller is specifically made for connecting the controller to a Windows 10 PC with the "Anniversary" update, which has the drivers needed for the controller when connected via Bluetooth.

I have tried turning everything off and disconnected everything, turned on the tv and connected the xbox to the amp and connected the amp to the tv making sure I plugged in to a arc input and turned that on I made sure the hdmi control on my amp was turned on my xbox will turn my amp on but my amp won't control my tv my old one s console had option to separately control both tv and amp but my series x console only has one option for cec control
