Previously purchased Xbox Gold game no longer available for free?

I find it odd that it messed up on this one game, as I have been fairly religious in catching all the Games with Gold offers over the last two years, using this same approach.

Yes.It added cortina,which doesn't work in my country.As a trade off, I can no longer play ESO.But in Australia this is has now become normal.With each update a couple more games are rendered unplayable.Just waiting for the update that makes the xbox explode
now.But since that probally won't work properly either I'm not that worried
