The Xbox One HDMI Cable

So I just moved with my XBOX ONE and i play with the original HDMI but soon part o the connector breaks and I play with a different HDMI I have and whenever I play Star Wars battlefront my screen flickers black. I think its my spare HDMI acting up. I was
wondering where I could find the OFFICIAL XBOX ONE HDMI Cable

HDMI Cable?

I don't understand talk about fixing cable with HDMI included cable for Xbox One. The cable plugs into the TV to show Xbox One and the HDMI cable from cable box plugs into HDMI IN on console. How else can you use either one?

Xbox One X for 1080p gaming?

I do have a question. I know the console comes with a 4K compatible HDMi cable, do I need that hooked up if I have a 1080p TV? My cables are all run through the wall, thats why I ask. Hoping I can get the texture updates and all of that without the 4K compatible HDMI cable thats included and just use my Xbox One S HDMI cord.

I don't believe the HDMI cables are sold separately. You may try contacting support to see if there is a way to get a repalcement, but any HDMI cable should work. They're universal. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

Can you add a bit more information, detail the cabling etc.

Is it like this:-

XBOX ONE --------hdmi cable--------> TV

this works fine, but

XBOX ONE-------hdmi cable---------> Yamaha amp -------hdmi cable-------> TV

doesn't work?

Change the HDMI cable with a 2.0 or better. Make sure the cable is plugged in all the way on the Xbox One. Run STB (cable/sat box) HDMI Xbox One HDMI TV. Repair/exchange likely won't fix the issue, as the cause is not a "failure" with the Xbox One (at least
it does not sound that way). Try the 'good' HDMI cables, and post back what happens!

The Xbox one only has HDMI inputs/outputs. It's designed so that you run the coaxial into the cable box, the HDMI cable into the Xbox one, and another HDMI cable from the Xbox One to the TV. I was hoping to bypass the cable box by connecting the coaxial
cable to the Xbox one directly using a Coaxial-HDMI converter.

The reason I ask is because if I can't do this then the TV functionality will be useless to me until after I leave College in four years or so.

I would use the HDMI cable that came with the Xbox One,

Third Party cables can be hit or miss depending on there quality,

I connected my X-Box One first generation to the HDMI 1 port using a brand new cable compatible with
HDMI 2.0 and 8K resolution.

8K over HDMI 2.0 is not possible, A cable that can run 8K needs to be HDMI 2.1,

also the OG Xbox One uses HDMI 1.4, both the One S and One X use HDMI 2.0

I believe that, with your Xbox one being HDMI 1.4 it's not forward compatible with your TV HDMI 2.0 ports as to possibly why your low latency mode is grayed out, or it just could be the third party cable your using, best to try out the cable that came with
the Xbox.

Removing the Xbox One eliminates the issue, and swapping HDMI cables into and out of the Xbox One does nothing. Signal loss is basically permanent now.

HDMI cable from Xbox One to receiver is the one provided with Xbox One, all other HDMI are insignia highspeed HDMI.
