    The xbox one controller does not turn on


    I connected my xbox controller to the pc and it was automatically updated, after a few seconds it disconnected itself and now it does not even turn on, and it's very strange.

    The controller is practically new and now I can not figure out how to solve it.

    Ps. I do not think the controller has updated completely, also because now the windows nor the xbox detect the controller, and even when I press the power button on the controller not signs of life.

    I tried to change the batteries, I tried to connect it with the usb cable and nothing, it does not connect.

    can someone explain to me why or help me find a solution?

    Xbox one defective controller

    Xbox one wireless controller completely defective. Controller does not turn on at all. Tried it with the battery pack, did not work. Tried it with USB charging cable in the Xbox one still does not turn on. Not impressed with xbox one.

    Xbox One won't turn on but has power

    When I try to turn on the Xbox One with the controller, the controller powers up but the Xbox doesn't. When I try to turn on the Xbox One on the console itself, it makes the normal beep noise, however the white light does not come on and neither does the
    Xbox. Help!

    I've had exactly the same issue and can't get any answers! Looks like another Microsoft scam! The xbox one controller does not turn on :(

    If the controller was updated incompletely, it might be that the firmware of the controller became corrupted, and the only way to resolve that is to send in the controller for replacement.

    Please contact the official support at
    https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Or if you have a Xbox One console as well, you can go to
    https://devicesupport.microsoft.com     and select your Xbox One console (register the Xbox One if necessary). Then choose that you have trouble with an accessory, select the appropriate Xbox controller model, and provide the serial number from the battery
    compartment.

    If you don't have a Xbox One console, your only way is to contact the official support.

    If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps click Replace your controller
    to check your warranty and initiate an exchange.
