The xbox Live Support page is complete broken now.

xbox support used to be great. You could find common problems on the site or contact them and it wouldn't take too long.

Now you get stuck trying to use a virtual agent that ends up spitting you back out half the time at the main page you started on. You can never seem to talk to an agent and it doesn't even tell you clearly how to get in touch with a person.

It's completely broken and very frustrating.

I did eventually get around the issue and got someone. They admitted there was an issue and were going to report it.

There are no longer any options to vote for BC games on the uservoice page.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

If you click more options (or no, thanks) underneath the virtual assistant you can bypass the virtual agent and chat with support or request a call back.
