    The Xbox Live Rewards Support forum is dead.


    The sheer amount of times I've requested help in the rewards support forum boggles my mind, it's a forum full of customers asking for help and receiving none. I've made many, many purchases on the Xbox Store that were meant to be rewarded and have received
    none of the promised points, some of these purchases going back almost a year now.

    Look at all this. All these customers saying the system isn't working and no one being able to help. Only one person who vaguely answers things every now and then and he's not even official support. I made those purchases on the understanding that the rewards
    program would work, which it has not. I have been requesting support for months on this issue and have gotten nowhere, this is a disgrace.

    Pre-order bonus never received?

    Did you post in the support section of the
    Xbox Live Rewards Questions Forum
    specifically? That is the primary place for assistance with Xbox Live Rewards. Please be sure to post in the support section of that forum to receive assistance.

    The Xbox Live Rewards Support forum is dead.

    If you reach 5000 points it should deposit automatically on the next date, the next is 31/7/2014

    -

    If you reach 1000 and don't want to wait, you can request a deposit, I expect the next date will be 31/7/2014, I have had no problems with rewards,,, yet lol. I would contact Xbox Support if your problems continue.

    Don't try to get those points. You won't get them. There aren't any "official" support agents for the rewards program or at least it seems like that.

    I've made so many purchases and never received a rebate and I have requested help from support for months and I have never even got a reply.

    The rewards program is complete and utter nonsense. I would drop out of it because it's not worth the hassle. It is not important enough for MS to care about.

    Eviltedi I know how the system is meant to work, what I've been saying is that it doesn't. I have not been receiving the points I should have for months and have not been given any assistance. Even with the 1250 points I do have I've tried depositing them
    and it says my billing information is incorrect which it isn't.

    Brandiesel1 yeah that's the case as far as I can tell. What *** me off is how they still advertise it, not even bothering to fix their broken system or provide anyone with assistance.

    I have never had that happen, I do believe you, but I have never experienced that, they have always answered, or said they will look into it and get back to me.

    I just went through that forum section, and over the first 20 pages (I gave up at that point) there were a total of 6 (six) responses by Xbox Rewards support staff (all by the same staff member). Out of 300 posts, this is a 2%
    response rate. This is disgusting, especially when you consider that Xbox phone, chat, and Twitter support refuse to take enquiries about Xbox Rewards, and would always redirect you to those (unsupported) forums.

    Every single time I go through any other avenue of Xbox Support they all refer me back the the Rewards Support forum, promising me I was get assistance which never comes. It's such a joke.

    I just got off of talking to Xbox chat support about the lack of response in the forums, and they suggested to try contacting Xbox rewards over Twitter. I guess it's worth a try

    They are normally good there, but this is what they said when I sent them a message about rewards.

    @1brandiesel Ah, so this is a Rewards issue where you aren't getting your points deposited? Have you posted on the Rewards forum at all..^BB

    I've tried contacting their Twitter multiple times and have received no response. Looking at their responses to others though it is the same run around, referring you back to the useless forum.
