I woke up this morning and hopped on my Xbox to be met with a screen telling me that I was reported and my profile picture violated the terms of service. They obviously did not review it because they would see it was a picture of my dog. The message tells
you to go to enforcement.xbox.com. I went to this website and it told me that the case was not eligible for review. I went to support where I was told that Xbox Support members can't handle issues like this. So is there like, zero administration for the report
system?

As stated, it is not really a Microsoft/Xbox issue as they are not using Microsoft/xbox servers to carry out the attack on your IP address. If you read the information in the link, it tells you exactly how to deal with it.

But also, naming and shaming players isn't acceptable and is against forum guidelines, so please refrain from doing so when you do create a thread

File a lawsuit against me. This is an issue that I want resolved on Xbox. That gamertag is who is responsible and someone besides me should take action smh its beyond ridiculous that Xbox or Microsoft hasn't dealt with my report aginst the attacker.
