The XBOX live profile is incorrect for my login

When I login to xbox live I am not seeing any of my profile and the gamer tag is incorrect. This is preventing me from signing into xbox live on my xbox 360 console.

Downloading profile to xbox 360 causes error 80151012

Nevermind, I figured out the problem. Nothing to do with the update at all. Turns out, at least in my case, the problem was Raptr.

IF YOU USE RAPTR TO TRACK XBOX LIVE ACHIEVEMENTS, MAKE SURE YOU UPDATE YOUR XBOX LIVE LOGIN INFO AS SOON AS YOU CHANGE IT OR TURN IT OFF WHEN RECOVERING PROFILES. If Raptr has incorrect info, it logs in CONSTANTLY with the wrong password rather than asking
for a new one, for some reason. That gives you a whole pile of login attempts on your account, which I imagine flags your profile for the 80151012 in the first place. Turned the program off and voila, I can get my profile again.

Sharing gold membership between accounts on xbone

I share my Xbox Live on my Xbox One and 360. My nephew logged into his account on my Xbox, and went into GTAV online, and had everything from this xbox on it. So if we shared an Xbox we could play all the same games...I mean if you don't login and have 2 accounts, when you load a game, it asks what profile you want to be in.

Its actually a great feature, I was thinking of making a side profile, so people could play same games without effecting my saves.

Hi there,

it seems that either you are using the incorrect 'email' (Microsoft Account) to login to your account, or that somehow another xbox live account was created on the same 'email'.

My advise is to contact Xbox Support to see what exactly happened. They should also be able to help you fix the issue.

(Which could be something like trying to move this incorrect xbox live account to another MS account).

The question is not related to microsoft reward, rather xbox live.

1. What qualifies as login to xbox live? - logging into xbox.com or opening xbox with xbox live profile logged in or something else?

2. Is there a way to track my xbox live login history just so that we can track if we qualify for microsoft reward?

It looks like that perhaps you have the incorrect windows live ID. Sign into your account on your Xbox, go into your profile then account management. Select My Information, then Windows Live ID and the wlid for your account will be there.
