    The "Xbox Helmets" section and the "Xbox Accessories" section in the store show nothing and...


    The "Xbox Helmets" section and the "Xbox Accessories" section in the store show nothing and instead displays an error to reload the page. It happens in the store in Spain. It just shows that you reload the section so that it loads but never loads or displays anything.

    Errors are reported from the console. Greetings and thanks.

    H Ak on the floor, yes if you buy Battleblock Theatre from the xbox store (Xbox 360 section) on xbox.com, when you log in on Xbox Live on the Xbox One, it will show in the ready to install section in my games & apps, just select it, and start the install.

    Anything you own will show in the Xbox store as owned. You can always download it through the store again if it's not appearing in the ready to install section.

    Try going into the Games section of the Store on your Xbox, go into the add-ons section and find that shield in the items. If you go into the details for it as if you were going to buy it, it should show that you own it and allow you to install it.
