The Xbox game bar clips have a video issue

The problem is that when select the "record that" button, it says that the video was recorded as it should. However, when I go to the capture folder the video is just a picture with audio from game I told Xbox to record (usually 30 seconds long because that's the amount of time I have it set on). In other words, the audio was the only thing from the clip that was captured and it just shows a picture instead of the video of the game play. It usually shows the picture of a previous game (like in the screenshot provided) or a picture of the loading screen.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Normally, there's no delay when recording clips on Windows 10. It's possible that a corrupted system file is affecting the issue. Have you checked if your computer is updated? Also, does the issue occur to video clips?

In the meantime, I recommend that you turn off the Game bar and Game DVR by going to
Settings > Gaming on your computer, then check if the audio and video are now synced.
