The Xbox from Windows 11 is all time if i make anything is Loading

Then why advertise it as a feature. The Xbox app itself won't load, how is anyone supposed to play anything offline. It work 3 years ago. I'm gonna guess this is a Windows 11 bug. My windows 10 desktop works fine but, the laptop on windows 11 won't.

Are you using windows 10 or 11? - Windows 10
Do you have installed an insider build in your system? - I'm not sure what this is.
When this started to happen or is this the first time that you try to use the Xbox app? Started today but I don't use the xbox app very often. So far I've tried uninstalling, deleting all the app data, everything you posted above. Finally got the app to load and work but now I can't install anything.

The Xbox App is already built into Windows 11 and therefore can not be installed.

Does it not show load if you search for 'Xbox' in the Windows 11 search box?

Unfortunately the Xbox One currently doesn't support streaming from a Zune or other USB devices at this time.

To play media from your PC to Xbox One:

Make sure you have downloaded the Xbox Video app for your Xbox One. Once download complete, make you to open the app too.

Then load Windows Media Player (11 or higher) on your PC, find the movie (may work with music too) you want to play, right click on the movie/music and select "Play to"->Xbox video.
