    ok so iv got somthing to get off my chest. I dont like the idea between the xbox enforcement team bc its just another way for trollers to abuse the idea behind it iv noticed alot of ppl including my self who gets a message from a kid talking trash so obviously
    you reply to what he says then bc he cant take it he reports your message yet doesnt get a communication ban him self. I feel like the whole idea of a enforcement team is a horrible idea and can easily be taken advantage of i hope youll all read this and give
    your opinions on the issue and thats what a block button and all other similar options are for.

    As the message says you would need to go to enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review.

    The enforcement team does not monitor these forums nor the chat rooms.

    The xbox support team has NOTHING to do with enforcement actions that are on accounts and the ONLY way to contact the enforcement team is through the case review process on their website.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. If he has a suspension, he would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    You don't have to reply

    And like any real life situation and you can even ask a cop this

    You are responcible for yours own actions.

    It does not matter who starts the fight you must be rated e for everyone

    Everyone is answerable to the terms of use

    You can go to enforcement.Xbox.com for a case review but from the sounds of it you already did and got denied

    You're right,there is a block button,so why don't you use it?

    How do you know the other person doesn't receive a suspension?

    The enforcement team are doing a good job,it's not their fault you can't follow a simple set of rules or use the tools provided to report & block people

    You'll only get suspended if you reply in a way that violates the ToU/CoC.

    It's nothing new,the rules have been the same for years.

    People have caught on that if you report a abusive message then the sender will probably get suspended.

    You wont have a problem if you don't break the rules,pretty simple really.
