The Xbox Enforcement Team are Terrible

I hope everyone knows this, if the system actually banned everyone who used foul language , then Im willing to bet everyone who plays game should like CoD would be gone, Battlefield, gone. Only games like FIFA and other smaller, less competitve games would
retain there player base and I still bet many of those player bases would lose a large portion. This system gives too much power to the lowlife of the internet.

Since when can you join a fight and not get punished even if the other guy stats it

His actions has no bearing on yours

And your actions are accountable

It is not common sense, others violate your Terms of Service all the time, yet they get away with it even after being reported. He instigated the fight yet receives no punishment. Why is that?

You don't know what and how long they received punishment as stated before you do not receive information that has nothing to do with your account

Including others suspensions

It doesn't reflect anything at all on your punishments

You are accountable for your violations

Also it would be you who give good players a bad name, you are telling others that they cannot criticize a system that man the would agree is in need of serious work. You are the kind of person to serve a tyrant without question. You act as if you are a

I do indeed know how the system works. It's also clear you've lost as you are now trying to tell me my points are false. The system is flawed incredibly as the scum of the internet have this power to get those who even attempt to retaliate against them for
saying the nastiest things are instantly shut down. Ive surfed the forums and seen other posts like mine get shut down by the mindless drones like you who believe a clearly faltering system needs no adjustment. Many would agree the system is lacking and if
they don't agree, they'd probably have been lucky enough to never meet a bad sport. You wouldn't know what it feels like to lose a rank due to how little you play competitive FPS.

I'm not concerned about their previous behavior. If they are still continuing to ruin others experience on Xbox then why pay for a membership? So many can get away with this and even if they get banned, making another account takes minutes. What I did I
take responsibility for, but it ticks me off how those who continue this bad behavior can so easily get around this terrible system. Besides, I doubt you know wht it's like to work hard for a rank in a competitive game only to lose it by some Internet scum.
I also have another point, if you take a look at information from the CDC, the U.S is rated the 3rd highest in murders. If you remove 4 cities, we drop to the 4th lowest. Believe it or not, these cities have the toughest gun control laws. This relates to this
as Steam has a very lax policy, and trollers and other scum have no power to abuse the system even after provoking an innocent individual. On Xbox, which I have followed their rules for 7 years, if they provoke you, you can have it all taken away by the scum
of the Internet. I know what I did wrong and I don't care, I can always use another account to dodge the terrible system. The point is, creating these super strict policies on Xbox are terrible and there is evidence to back up my claim.

Spot on there. I retaliate for being team killed on purpose i get instantly banned. Xbox dont even bother to investigate properly. 18+ games people will use 18+ language, if Xbox cant accept that then maybe they should ban all games that are 16+. The guy
who team killed me and then reported me even admitted he is a troll, does he get a ban.... No. This code of conduct is stupid, people swearing all the f**king time Xbox deal with you bunch of petulant little muppets.

I love how team killing/unsporting isnt against the rules though. So i other words you can being a right mong deliberately provoking people but the second they say enough is enough the victim gets punished. Great system we got here.

Actually they do receive info on a punishment, why does a Mod not know this? Xbox will send you a message saying that you have filed one or more accurate complaints and the team took action. I personally have never been banned but I've heard plenty of stories,
which many are true, about people getting banned while only retaliating against someone else who has already broken the rules yet they do not receive a suspension. If they do, they use a second account to communicate.
