The Xbox Enforcement Team and Censoring Offenses

I received a one day suspension today. I uploaded a gamer pic of a very smart gorilla ‘****’ with a cute, menacing smirk on his face. So I guess I can understand this falls into ‘Profane or offensive gesturing’, which deep down inside makes me laugh and
surprises me at how strict and sensitive the enforcement team seems to be...unless it comes to the exploitation of handicapped people, young women, or the use of offensive ‘memes’ they must not be aware of. After my suspension notice ( 1day for a gorillas
middle finger), I went to skim through some gamer pics because I knew I would find countless images of handicapped people being mocked, images of half naked women ( all without permission I presume) and things surely more offensive than my smart gorilla. But
I’m stuck with the ban, and the feeling Xbox enforcement could do more to censor REAL offenses against humanity.

The enforcement team may have found further offenses while your account was suspended and chose to extend the ban. The enforcement team will update on enforcement.xbox.com and you can see if you are eligible for case review from there.

Any picture that isn't a rated e for everyone is not allowed on any server it's not rocket science

Not everything has to be e for everyone. In clubs they can be rated anything.

 

I guess my point is my offense seems minuscule compared to the constant barrage of real inappropriate behavior. That being said I did the “crime” I will pay the 1 day ban time for my VERY cute gorilla and his middle finger. Meanwhile I will continue to try
to filter through pics of handicaps being mocked l, half nude women, and Pepe the frogs

 

Don't even bother arguing with ngocphi, its hopeless. Whenever someone calls him out for being a troll, he leaves and bugs someone else.

gamer pics are automatically screened correct? I doubt anyone reported my gorilla gamer pic. I’m under the impression enforcement team gave a no go and banned me for my very smart gorillas middle finger. So I’m also under the impression they allow mockery
of the handicapped and the indecency of half naked women (without the women’s permission more than likely) in gamerpics.
