The Xbox Elite controller Flaws and how to fix them "Ideas"

Ive had TWO xbox elite controllers and they both had very big flaws in them. My first elite had the LB button to completely break and mush out, as well as slow analog sticks and popping analog sticks. the other flaws were connectivity issues and the fact
that i could spam a button at a certain speed and disable the paddles. The second controller just straight up stopped working. I used the controller for awhile and the buttons/home just stopped responding, as well as the sticks having a pop and a slow turn
when aiming the stick up. The LB and RB started to mush before i just gave up on trying to fix the elites.

Xbox really needs to use some customer feedback such as mine and make some adjustments to the controller and release an updated version that fits along the standards of the xbox 1s controller. If your paying as much as you do for this controller you should
be receiving the best.

My list of fixes are, better shoulder button system, more tense analogs (the analogs are very lose in terms of sensitivity and how the analog sits on the terminal), a slightly modified trigger stop system (system is great just needs a small tweak to make
it more prominent) and fixing the charger hole (The metal bends fairly quick if you play wired)

some personal changes would be, make the green magnet under the dpad black or gunmetal, tighter thumbsticks, rework the paddle fitting system to allow for less shakey paddles, a better paint style (pick up grease less) more grip on the back of the controller
(almost to the trigger, or to the trigger), and of course the Bluetooth speed of the xb1 s controller .

If they launched a v2 of this controller they need to release more colorways of controllers, and maybe even a way to unclip the faceplate of the controller to get new styles of faceplates. Just my ideas, What are some of the things you guys have to say about

Extended Warranty - Elite Controller

I don't know where is the "elite" on a controller with so many flaws. My elite controller rubber grips become loose and are opened. I am a casual gamer and take excellent care of my stuff. It looks more like its a manufacturing flaw. We will know for sure
if their engineering team fixed this when they launch the new Xbox One S which comes with a controller that features rubber grips same as the elite.

The xbox accessories app was uninstalled from my xbox. How do I get it back?? It's not in the store or the ready to install section any ideas as I've now got an unprogrammable elite controller cheers
