I made a post yesterday saying something bad about Xbox and are the Xbox Live not the Xbox itself and you guys all made comments on the about the ambassador's did but then stopped it from anybody else making comments that is called censorship freedom of
speech so another words you guys want to be part of the Xbox Community but if anything bad said about Xbox you guys squash it

I would like to apologize for anything you feel we did wrong. I myself did not see this post yesterday and am not sure what was posted. But we do not censor anybody unless what is said is in violation of the code of conduct. I can only believe that the post
was closed if there was no support that could be given. Again I apologize if you feel you were wronged by any of this.

 

No there was nothing said in violation of the code it was just talking about the enforcement how some guy baited me and I ended up getting suspended while he still was able to harass me and that my 24-hour suspension turned into a 29 hour suspension

 

Hi, I replied to you yesterday.

It was probably locked by XBF staff or a forum moderator, to stop even more posts giving you the same information. I don't think it was censorship and there most certainly wasn't any infringements.

As an Ambassador it does frustrate, when a thread that has been technically answered, gets repeat after repeat of the same information.

I think that is something that we Ambassadors need to work on. Don't repeat the same information but do add, if there is another solution that hasn't been put forward.

Enforcement threads can be locked if all possibilities have been explored. I can understand your frustration, especially if you had wanted to querie any answers put forward.

 

But here's the problem now it's after the suspension was supposed to be lifted and they still haven't lifted it but yet there's nobody you're allowed to contact to get it lifted because customer service says that they have no idea how to do anything

 

Hi, sometimes going to settings>account>remove account, then doing a full power cycle, unplug for 30 seconds, start up and add account, solves it. Also double check at https://enforcement.xbox.com that they haven't extended it.

 

that or make a ticket to see why it hasn't been updated. XBL staff and forum moderators do lock enforcement threads as we agree with the same and say the same information and say to not do it again. Honestly and personally I would just report who is causing
problems and let them work the queue for the enforcement team. Just remember enforcement team is Microsoft employee's and not xbox volunteers like us ambassadors.

 

I guess that everything has a line it all depends on what words where used to express what you felt abou Xbox or any other brand in general I didnt see the post Im just giving a general opinion on how usually I think about what I will say in vertain posts...

 

The point that scottdavid44 is making refers to the account still being locked, well after the suspension has passed. He knows and understands all the other parts of enforcement. I am trying to give him a solution that can help, because sometimes the suspension
doesn't unlock when it should.

I am fully aware that the enforcement team are employees and we are not. The whole point of being an Ambassador, is to share our knowledge. There are far too many that just say 'contact support' or whom ever. This isn't helpful.

 

It is also possible other Enforcement action has occurred after you received the first suspension. Please check the Enforcement website to ensure further action has not occurred which might have resulted in another suspension. It may have even been the
result of something that occurred before the first one as they do not necessarily have to be in order. It just might get looked at later.

 

No offence, but "may have extended it" really doesnt explain a lot. And please dont make the assumption that i didn't read what you wrote but it's more helpful to explain something instead of casually making a reference. The person may not know what you
mean. Which is why I thought it should be explained. Also, making a comment like that is unhelpful and unnecessary especially since you were not clear in the first place. You've kinda been on the defensive here this whole thread which again isn't really helpful.
