The xbox app will not reinstall after uninstalling

I am a PC gamer and the other day I was playing with my friends using the Xbox game bar and app while talking to them in a party. Then the next day the apps would not open, I stopped the processes in task manager and this did not fix the issue so I uninstalled the Xbox app and now it says there is an error while trying to reinstall, whether from the install package download or from the Microsoft store. I am trying to play with them as soon as I can so any help is appreciated.

im sorry that did not help and i also followed the thing saying find your error code and the error code 0xC00CEE04 did not show up

the problem is i cannot download the xbox app itself and thus am not able to run the xbox game bar, the xbox app was uninstalled by me yesterday and should appear here in the middle row:

Thank you for the response.

I have replicated the steps that you have mentioned above in this order

-uninstall the game / reinstall the game

-uninstall xbox app / reinstall xbox app

-update xbox app

-reinstall gaming services package

-update xbox

-resetting xbox app

After doing these steps It still gives the same error.

If none of the suggestions work, then try uninstalling the Xbox (beta) app, then uninstall Gears 5. After that reinstall Xbox (beta) app. That should hopefully fix the issue.
