We understand that you are experiencing an issue with the Xbox app not continuing after signing in. There could be various of reasons why this happens on your end. Nothing to worry, I'm here to help you with that.



To start with, I would suggest you try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Restart your device: Sometimes, restarting your device can help resolve the issue. So, please try restarting your device and then try to open the Xbox app again.
  
• Check for updates: Ensure that your device and the Xbox app are up to date. To check for updates, go to the Microsoft Store app, click on the three dots in the top right corner, and select "Downloads and updates." If there are any updates available, click on "Get updates" to install them.

• Repair the Xbox app: You can try repairing the app. Here's how:
  

a. Press the Windows key + I to open Settings.

b. Click on "Apps."

c. Scroll down and find the Xbox app.

d. Click on the Xbox app and select "Advanced options."

e. Scroll down and click on "Repair."

f. Restart your device and try to open the Xbox app again.

• Verify your Windows Region:
  
  a. Click start and select settings.
  
  b. Select the time and language option.
  
  c. Click Region under Time and Language.
  
• Reset Windows store cache:
  
  
  a. Press windows key and type wsreset.
  
  b. From the search result, click on "Wsreset (Run command)" option.
  
  c. Wait for the command to execute and that should reset the Windows Store cache. Launch the Windows Store app and check any improvements.
  
• Verify Microsoft account in Microsoft Store: Be sure that we are signed-in with the same account on the Microsoft store and on the Xbox app.
  
• Run Windows Store Troubleshooting
  
  Select Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. Next, under Most frequent, select Windows Update > Run.
  
  When the troubleshooter is finished running, it's a good idea to restart your device.
  
  Next, check for new updates. Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates and then install any available updates.

• Reinstall the Xbox app: If the above steps do not work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox app. To do this, follow these steps:
  

a. Press the Windows key + I to open Settings.

b. Click on "Apps."

c. Scroll down and find the Xbox app.

d. Click on the Xbox app and select "Uninstall."

e. Restart your device.

f. Open the Microsoft Store app, search for the Xbox app, and click on "Install."

I have the most recent version of Windows 10 and download all updates.

It makes no difference. Continue installing from the Xbox app.

Hello, I downloaded it in the xbox app and the Issue continues
