    The Xbox app no longer works


    My Xbox app no longer works. Once I open the app, practically every button is greyed out and unable to select and when I go to connect my Xbox to the app it says I need the coffee from the update screen. I've installed it on a whole new phone (From iOS to
    Android), uninstalled then reinstalled the app several times and have been scouring the Xbox forums for an answer and it seems like a lot of people are having the same problem and it hasn't been fixed in months. I am highly disappointed in Microsoft for letting
    this problem continue for this long.

    xbox one smartglass- no longer works in the YouTube app

    This is a strange problem that popped up out of nowhere.

    The Xbox One smartglass app doesn't work when I am using the Youtube app. It works perfectly when i'm outside the app but once i go into youtube, it just stops working!

    Is anyone experiencing this same problem?

    MBC App Subtitles no longer work

    This app has been working flawlessly as I used in nearly daily the last couple weeks. Today I boot it up, and the subtitles won't work. I tried toggling them on and off through the app itself, did nothing. Uninstalled/Reinstalled the app did nothing either.
    For those that don't know the app is playing korean dramas spoken in korean....so its kinda useless if the english subtitles don't work.

    Xbox 360 Console Connection with Smartglass App on Windows 10 doesn´t work!

    The Xbox Console Companion app does not work with the Xbox 360, it only works with the Xbox One. If you are using the Xbox 360 smartglass app, that is no longer supported and no longer works with the Xbox 360.

    Oh, I see. Because these movies are saved already to your profile and for some reason the app is no longer working on the Xbox console even after resetting the app and updates. When was the last time this was working?

    Sorry to hear it. It could be a cache problem. Please head to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray then click on Clear Persistent Storage 3 times. After that hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

    Hopefully that will solve the issue.
