The XBOX App Hasn't Realised I Bought the Game Pass

Hi there,

Quite recently, my boyfriend and I bought the PC game pass. It works fine on his computer, and he's been playing a load of games. I've tried logging into my account on my computer, and it just doesn't even recognise that I've bought the game pass. It keeps
telling me to buy it. Why is this happening? Anyone have a solution?

Did you buy 2 passes? one for his account and one for yours? so does it show 2 payments coming from your account or just the one?

Did you receive any emails to either account in regards to a transaction as normally you should get one of these as a receipt of purchase?

It doesn't say that a payment was made, except money was taken from my bank account.

There's only one account. We are sharing that account between two devices. One device has the game pass and one hasn't even recognised it's been bought. I didn't receive an email regarding my transaction, but like I said the payment has been taken out of my
account.

All I've done is bought another game pass. It is only a quid after all.

I ran into the same problem and from what I have found so far, it looks like Game Pass Ultimate DOES NOT work on family accounts on Win10. If this is indeed true,

You guys share a Gamertag or you each have your own cause if so if touydon't game share then you both have to buy your own gamepass if your good on that end too then i always recommend the usual if not done so already do a full shutdown and boot back up
