The Xbox app game library missing older content.

So I have submitted feedback as you have suggested, where it seems to have been deleted.

Will try again...is there a better way to submit an actual support query?

In that way they can assist you in a timely manner. It is best to contact them siince they are equipped with the advanced tools that would help in diagnosing the problem. To contact Xbox support, please follow steps below.

On Xbox app for Windows:

• Launch Xbox app
  
• Navigate to the top right of the application and select your gamerpic icon
  
• Select “Feedback” in the drop-down menu
  
• Select “Report a problem”
  
• Click Give new feedback
  
• Add title and followed by a feedback summary
  
  • Summary should be descriptive and fully detailing the error you are receiving. Links redirecting to this forum post will not be accepted and will cause a delay in your feedback submission.
    
• Category should automatically be selected.
  
• In the "add more details" category, you will have the option to "Recreate my problem". Recreating the problem will help us further pinpoint the error you are receiving.

Yes, all my games were bought under the same one, I only have one account. The missing games when launched direct from Windows sign into Xbox with this account, the same account I am logged into the Xbox app with.

Additionally, I only have one hard drive, and have just tried uninstalling one of these games are re installing from the Microsoft Store, it still does not show up in the Xbox app.

Castle of no Escape

50 Years

On a Roll 3D

The two Halo games, Spartan Strike and Spartan Assault, do show up in the new app.
