    The Xbox app for Windows 10 is not letting me access my conversations


    Every time I log into the Xbox app, I go to messages and I get this message: "Try again-we had trouble getting to your conversations." I have reset the app twice, and it still did not work. It wont let me uninstall the app, and I don't know what to do.

    I've had that issue for years w/ the Windows Phone version of the Xbox app.

    I have 4 different versions installed so I just switch around until I get one that works.

    Same issue on PC recently too.

    There has been some problems with there servers as of late that are being replaced and more added last i heard. I to have had this on the android version but it normaly works on and off

    Just this weekend I altered my settings and allowed this stuff, so I don't think this was the problem.

    Mybe is just a temporary glitch dear sir. If problem persist my advice is to contact microsoft suport website. How's your internet speed? I checked live status and there is some issues. Problem
