The Xbox 360 Entertainment for All Plan DOES NOT CARRY OVER

Hi my name is Austin and shortly after I bought the subsidized Xbox 360 with the 2-year contract for $15.00 a month the news of the Xbox One came out along with Phil Spencer saying any membership carries over to the Xbox One. Well, after 11 months of having
the Xbox One still paying $15.00 a month and no longer having my brothers Gold account to give me gold, only to come to find out the 11 months of paying $15 has gone to nothing. I do not have Gold Rewards, I cannot get Gold Discounts and now I cant even play
with friends. Where has my money gone to? Why am I just now finding out about this?

I would also like to point at the above me it says 'All' and nowhere does it exclude the Xbox 360 entertainment for all



No this is what I am getting from the support agent.

The Entertainment for All Plan is a 2-year contract signed up by the user who has bought the Xbox 360 console. Just like a regular contract, this is for the usage only on an Xbox 360 console, and regular Xbox Live Gold membership as such will
be carried over unlike the contract tied in with your console. I really don't want us to be going into circles, Austin. And yes, you are right, the current membership will be carried over to your Xbox One console provided that this is not a contract you have
signed up or tied in with your Xbox 360 console.



In the contract, it does not specifically say it's tied to the Xbox 360. Nowhere does it say that plan is excluded from transferring over to Xbox One

Xbox 360 All Entertainment Plan for All

Today I received a Email from Xbox stating there has been billing issues on Microsoft's end. When I got the email it says I didn't have to pay till Feb 18th. That wasn't the case they billed me today. The system tried billing me for 7 times for seven months.
I alerted Xbox Customer Support as fast as I got notified. Please beware that other customers most likely will have the same issue and ban there Xbox 360 as well due to the system glitch. Please let the customers know that they will need to contact Xbox Customer
Support to get this resolved. Emails have been sent out to customers saying they will be billed once but the system will try to bill more then once. So lets point these customers to the right direction and tell them they need to contact support directly.

 

Canceling Entertainment For All Plan

Now CS told me to go back to the store I bought it from which was over a year ago and have them cancel out the plan... This is so much work just cancel something out!

 

Gold costs $4/month...... not $15.... you agreed at the end.... research before agreeing to any contract.

 

You have no idea what you are talking about. I bought this plan thinking my live would still carry over to the Xbox One. Money is not my worry my worry is im stuck in a contract that does nothing when you have the xbox one

 

That's because the contract was specifically geared towards the eventual ownership of the Xbox 360, not the One. I suggest reading the fine print before signing any contracts. As for what Phil Spencer allegedly said, you're misinterpreting it. Any "standard"
subscription or membership is what he's referring to (as in a relatively permanent choice for a subscription or membership) - what you have is not a subscription or membership at all, but rather, what you have is considered a contract, and it's a temporary
solution for those who can't afford a console at that - not a permanent one.
