The worst marketplace ever (feedback)

It's not a question. It's a feedback.

XBoxmarket place is most frustrating, unintuitive and poorly designed e-shop I've ever had a misfortune to deal with. It's almost (like 99.9%) imposible to find what you're looking for. Search system is trash. I'm trying to figure the shop for a year now
and stil there's no light under the gloomy sky.

Like check out Steam Store or PSN – why can't you make something like this?

Maybe the store's working fine, but I (average user) can't surf through it, it's like a wicked maze that circles me around.

For example: why should I visit the game page to see the price, why it doesn't show at the list? Why there's no publisher or series filter? Why it doesn't show similiar games on the page of the particular game? Why's every page's so drasticly different?
Why is everything so misjoined?

I can't say for sure what is wrong. but the experience doesn't feel right, it leaves me irritated.

Well, it's something for designers to think about.

I'm in the same boat. Xbox video is the absolute WORST service of any kind that I have had the displeasure to use.

I will NEVER buy anything, not even from the marketplace, ever again.

Im sorry that happened to you as a gamer i can understand where your coming from but on the other he wasnt all that rude just pointing out a fact. The original customer service rep should have solved the issue if she didnt then ask for a supervisor.

 

Ummm you cant search by publishers onnpsn

If they have a sales page like ea anniversary sales yes you can search for that

But you can't normally look up publishers

And yes I use a ps 3

When you click a game it will list other games l publishers by the publisher and that's same as xbox

Or if you search for ea games it will only show ea games with ea in the title

Anyways

The support forums are more for questions, concerns, and problems that can be helped by chatting with the community or an official from Xbox.
