    i really need help, i don't know why but while i'll download the seasson pass and xbox 360 appears this error "fail to download, continue".. i purchased and now i can't download.. plx i need play <3

    Wolf Among Us Season Pass FAIL

    Last month I bought the season pass for the wolf among us. They sent me a code for episode 2 for the wolf among us. Episode 3 has been out now and they didn't give me a code for the wolf among us when I know I bought the season pass. Please fix this for
    me I am dying to play it.

    Likewise i still havn't recieved a code,i imagine im on the bottom of the list because i bought the season pass the day the 2nd episode came out but before everyone started posting the season pass didn't work.....

    Hope it's fixed soon because i was all set to enjoy it and i've been waiting for quite a few days now and still nothing.

    Is your gamertag set for the same country that you live in or does it have a different region?

    Eg. If you live in Canada is your tag set for Canada or another country such as the US?

    Actually, I was just checking online and it seems as though the game may not be available in Brazil which suggests that your tag is set for a different country. If this is true then that would be the reason you cannot download the item you purchased. A
    different IP address than where the product is available is blocking the download.

    You can certainly try contacting phone support to see if they'll give you a refund but, as their terms specifically state no refunds, I can't guarantee you'll get it.

    I would recommend that you change your region back to Brazil though to prevent this from happening in the future.
