The Wolf Among Us season pass

I have waited for 4 months for episode 2 of the Wolf Among Us but i am being charged every time i try to download it, is there a way i could get refunded for the season pass or at least get 5$ to buy episode 2?

Last month I bought the season pass for the wolf among us. They sent me a code for episode 2 for the wolf among us. Episode 3 has been out now and they didn't give me a code for the wolf among us when I know I bought the season pass. Please fix this for
me I am dying to play it.

I'm getting the same problem. I've tweeted xbox support and they hope to have it fixed by tomorrow - apparently!

 

MS does have a
service alert up concerning the season pass for “The Wolf Among Us.” (That link will have their most up-to-date info on what is going on and when to expect the situation to be resolved.) So the good news is that they are aware of the situation and are
working to fix it. As of 2/6/2014 1:09:25 AM CST the status is “Xbox members, do you own a "The Wolf Among Us" Season Pass but are being asked to pay for "Episode 2: Smoke & Mirrors?" Our team is engaged and working to have a fix out for you tomorrow.” So
it looks like we won’t have to wait much longer.

 

I just received a code through a message from Xbox Live that said, "You bought The Wolf Among Us Season Pass and didn't receive Episode 2: Smoke and Mirrors! Here's your free code...to redeem for Episode 2 at account.Xbox.com or your console." It should
pop up in your active downloads afterwards.

 

any compensation gonna be given to people who bought season pass but can't play episode 2 unless they want to double pay?Been trying to play for 2 days now

Yes, if you purchased the Season Pass for A Wolf Among Us, when you log in you should get a message from Microsoft Support with a free content download code. Just redeem the code and it should automatically pop up on your active downloads. You will have
to wait for the download to complete before you can play the content, and it will show up as purchasable in game until the download is finished, and the update is installed.

 

Whats wrong with the season pass like seriously I keep hearing about these activation codes when do I get mine to download my episodes !!!!

 

Scared, there was only an activation code sent to people who were having issue downloading the second episode when it was first released. If you have the season pass already you should be able to just download the episodes for free. You don't need an activation
code.

 

If the season pass worked we wouldn't be here *** about it not working!!

They were supposed to have cleared up the issue a while ago. I personally was able to get on and download the last episode seamlessly. I was suggest you start with deleting the season pass off your console first and then redownloading to refresh your account
and trying again. If that doesn't help you can always call support at 800-4-MYXBOX.
