The Wolf Among Us Season Pass

I guess I'm not the only one out there, the Season Pass for Wolf Among Us is - so far - not working, i bought it months ago and now, with Episode 2 out its not working, i still need to pay even if the game says i own the Pass, so is there any way to fix
this?

Or better MS, when you are going to fix that? Its pretty annoying, waited months for the next episode and now i cannot play it thanks to a not working Season Pass xD

Wolf Among Us Season Pass FAIL

Last month I bought the season pass for the wolf among us. They sent me a code for episode 2 for the wolf among us. Episode 3 has been out now and they didn't give me a code for the wolf among us when I know I bought the season pass. Please fix this for
me I am dying to play it.

The season pass for The Wolf Among Us? Never heard of that, what's it about? Is it a game?

 

I am having the same issue. Not being able to find any real info on this specifically, I tried the Customer Support route. From the response that I received, it looks like it will unfortunately be a short waiting game for those who purchased a season pass
as the marketplace is updated to allow us to download the episode from the game menu. But is should be ready for us soon.

 

Hi! I called the support hotline and I was told it "should" be fixed in the next 24 hours. If not I should call again.

 

I thought I would give you a heads-up (just in case you didn't get a chance to see the info in other threads) since MS did update their service status specifically about this season
pass, so the good news is that they are working on fixing it and providing updates. Currently it is "Do you own a Season Pass for “The Wolf Among Us” and are still receiving a prompt to pay for “Episode 2: Smoke and Mirrors”? We want to let you know we are

Hi! I got a message from Xbox Live with the Download Code for Episode 2.

 

Same problem. and got no message.

 

Likewise i still havn't recieved a code,i imagine im on the bottom of the list because i bought the season pass the day the 2nd episode came out but before everyone started posting the season pass didn't work.....

Hope it's fixed soon because i was all set to enjoy it and i've been waiting for quite a few days now and still nothing.

 

There is currently a problem with the service, and MS are working on it.
