The Witness - Jungle Achievement NOT unlocked

Hi all. I've a problem with the Jungle Achievement in The Witness. I've activated the Jungle laser, but the achievement is still locked.

Achievement unawarded in The Witness

I have been playing The Witness and yesterday completed the final achievement 'Challenge'. However, one of the achievements I completed offline - earnt by activating one of the 11 lasers (each of which gives an achievement) - has not been given to me after
over a week.

I know that this is a result of my game progress not completely updating whenever I return online, as in game hub it shows that I have only activated 10 lasers. Proof of me earning the achievement is that the final achievement is only obtainable after completing
all 11 lasers.

I have spoken to support and they said to send my query here. Is there any way that the achievement could be manually added to my account or is there no other solution but deleting my progress and doing the laser again?

Also, I do recall that when I played this game, at least one of the lasers had a noticeable delay between when I activated it and when the achievement popped, though I can't recall which laser(s) and how long the delay was. Hope this helps and hope you're

Achievements are broken. I'm bumping every single topic about this and encourage others to do the same.
