The Witcher III digital game download price on XBox.com today - $25, or is it $50?

Trying to buy The Witcher III on XBox.com Witcher sale today and it says $25 for digital download, however that jumps up to $50 when trying to purchase/check out. I am a current Gold subscriber who is signed in. Same happens with different browsers and on
the XBox One console. Please advise.

Do US gamers pay additional tax that is included on demand xbox 360 games?

- When US gamers buy a game on demand on xbox live are you charged additional tax on top of the digital price or is the sales tax already included in the digital price?

- Are US gamers charged extra for digital downloads at all?

 

Witcher 3 Hearts of Stone (first expansion)

I have bought the season pass for Witcher 3, and today when I tried to download the first expansion it charges me full price. Can you please help? Thank you

 

Same thing was happening for me earlier. I was told by Ron to just wait as it could be an upcoming promotion.

 

I should clarify, I only had the issue on Xbox.com. I did not see it on console

 

I hope the deal comes back soon as it should be a steal at that price point. Disappointed not being able to snag it as advertised on the XBox site, as I was aiming to enjoy playing it this weekend. False advertising and surely should have honored the deal
to longstanding and very active purchasers/customers, surely? I'll cut XBox lots of slack on this as I love the console and support folks - not their fault.
