Is the Witcher 3 GOTY edition the only game that is not working with the game hub or achievements?

Have you checked
https://www.trueachievements.com if your progress is being tracked there?

I would suggest to remove your profile from the Xbox,
power cycle the Xbox, and then re-add your profile to re-establish a connection to the Xbox Live Servers.
Make sure you know your login information before removing your profile.

 

Creo que debe ser fallo de xbox live pues si te vas a Microsoft store en la consola y accedes a the Witcher 3 GOTY y pinchas en hub de juego que esta abajo en información te dice que no esta disponible y no puedes ver nada. En cambio la versión normal de
The Witcher 3 si funciona el HUB de juegos en Microsoft store desde la consola. No es fallo mío. Creo q a principios de octubre empezó a fallar.
