The Witcher 3 Dlc not showing up

Hi King Aries YT, i don't said it's THE answer but...i had a similar problem last year and fix it by delete all DLC. Some of them (skins,
expensions, weapons, quests) was on my HDD, other not and won't launch or download.

My previous saved games won't launch because some contents weren't found, so i delete all except the game, clear all and finally be allowed to download again all DLC and it works.

Again, it's not exactly the same problem so... Good luck

check on your history purchase if it show the DLC.

Then if you were not able to download the DLCs directly from the store you need to go at "games and app" in your xbox -> search your installed the witcher 3 game -> Push the menù button -> Manage game and Add-ons -> here under "ready to install" you should
find all your DLCs

Hello everyone thank you for your replies, I have already checked under games and apps, manage game and apps. The dlc does not appear and the store does not give me the option to install but instead wants me to purchase it. The DLC as seen above was purchased
a few years ago at Best Buy and worked until I stopped playing for a bit in 2017. I have seen several others having this same issue, CD Project etc. Told me to contact the Microsoft team. I was under the impression that one would reply through here? If not,
how can I direct one to this post? Again thank you all kindly.
