here is something you can try out, others have done it and it works they say.. also cdpr is finally looking into this issue as well but if you don't want to wait heres what another xbox gamer did in a reddit forum

I figured this out yesterday by deep diving into forums and my own trial and error. Figured that tons of people were having this issue so here's the fix I found: It's a bit convoluted but I had to pin
the game to my homescreen since it's not on the Xbox store, delete the the digital game without removing the pin on my homescreen, hard reset my xbox one, remove the power cable and leave it out for a couple of minutes, plug it back in and reboot, launch my
pin of witcher 2 (which will bring you to the store), and install it. It should then install the proper file. If the file size is 7.73G, instead of 7.82 you did it right. I finally got the game to work after all of that. Hope that helps anyone that is having
issues.

If you could, provide a little more details of what happens when you try to install it and play the game. Does it let you install it, or do you get error messages? Or does it let you install it, but then it just won't start?
