    need help please how can i connect on to the optimum wifi it worked before im not sure whats going on now.

    Hi there,

    I'm assuming you are referring to a situation where you used the MAc address from the IPad to connect the Console to Internet, If you have a working Wifi connection to which the console can connect then I would advise clearing any specific MAC settings on
    the console, otherwise only one of the two devices can be online at the same time

    Surface/Windows RT games wont connect to Xbox live.

    I have two wifi networks in my house. I tried switching back and forth and now it's finally working. I'm not sure what caused the problem but it is working now, thanks so much for your help.

    I'm using a cable now, it works but.. my connection is worst than what it was using my wireless, that honestly makes no sense to me but would my IP have something to do with why my wifi doesn't work anymore or should I try using my wifi again?

    Same thing for me : Minecraft works with wifi on iPhone, not via home wifi. I can't find why!

    NAT-type / Teredo problems

    Did a test with the xbox connected directly to the fibermodem, and guess what? That worked!

    So, the Google Wifi is the problem apparently!

    Set it up again as it was when i started, connected the Xbox with WiFi, tried again in Google Wifi to set an static ip-adress, and open all the ports as described earlier and same result as before: NAT/Teredo problems....

    Any more ideas what could be wrong? Atleast now i know the Google Wifi system is the problem!
