The Whole Story Achievement Glitched? (Complete all side quest)

I've been doing some research and it looks like a lot, and I mean A LOT are people are reporting a glitch with this achievement where it won't unlock. I have literally completed everything on my MAP, including all challenges. I have nothing else to do and
I still have not unlocked that achievement as well.

Anybody experience? Or I should ask, anybody experience this and figured out a way to unlock the achievement? Any known missions or anything that glitched out?

The Whole Story Achievement

I have already looked through both links provided and taken the survey a few days ago. The achievement is stuck at 99% complete despite having met all requirements.

 

All Side Quests Not Possible???

i have the same problem %100 story done. I had 48 side quests completed, then went and finished Dahlia's potion quests. All safe houses, all quarantine zones.. Did enough challenges to get the achievement for that.. I completed a bunch of protection quests,
but after completing story, the same ones I did, showed back up to do all over again.. Not sure if those count towards it, but my achievement progress is stuck at %72, which definitely isn't right.

 

Same here on the ps4, nothing really left to do in the game now...

 

It definitely seems to be the case. I have no more quests to obtain, and it has me at 79%. All that's left to do, on my end, is the Quarantine Zones. It seems like it's majorly flawed, and I don't know if I'll bother to go back and replay the game to try
fixing it.

 

I have heard that it was "glitched" and later patched. I have completed all of my quests that can be seen (!) on the map, I have also completed the (3 unnoticed quest that I found by luck was from Dahlia) I am not sure if she was hidden for anyone else after
completing her first request.

I have completed 69 quests. I am at 97% I am not sure where else to go, or if there are quests that can only be completed during a certain instance at a specific point during the main story progression. I’m not sure but I wonder if I need to complete something
with the Legless Spider Anti-Gadoid Gun.

As for right now I do not see any (!) marks on either Slums or Old Town.

 

Known glitch, they supposedly fixed it. I got mine to pop by doing some of the easter eggs they've got in the game (Mario, PvZ, etc). Specifically, mine popped while doing the Right hand of gloVA easter egg.

 

I was able to get this. If you are in your game quit, and then go to Extras, Personal Statistics, scroll down until you see "The Whole Story" checklist, I had two quests that I didn't know existed that I needed to finish, they weren't showing up on my map
as available, must be some hidden quests. They were "The Shadow King" and "Do you believe", once I finished those two, the achievement popped for me.

 

Ye this was fixed. I had 100% before and it never poped, they fixed it before or possibly when they added the Hard Mode Patch.

 

Just popped that achievement last night. I still have two challenges and a few quaratine zones I haven't finished yet. Sounds like it was patched?

 

Just thought I'd post an update that whatever patch the developers did fixed the trick on one of the game updates. I had a hunch, since its been quite some time that the achievement would just unlock as soon as I loaded up the main game. And it did! I knew
I had everything completed, just a glitch that prevented me from getting that achievement. It unlocked as the game was loading.
