The way you enforce isn't very good.

Hello possibly enforcement staff. I put in for a case review and it should have come out with me being successful but guess what it hasn't. I used the word **** yes that's all not in any bad way or offensive nothing like that. I understanding you have to
follow the code of conduct and so do I and have apologised. However some one decided not to enforce me and uphold the decision now that's not fair on me as the person after reporting me said lol get reported. That's a case that should not be taken seriously
if you are serious about reporting someone the only thing that you should do is report and block. (For comms ban) for cheating not so much. If I ever get reported again and get banned for the same thing again I won't be so polite. This is getting annoying.
I know that you want a perfect community but for that to happen you need no rage enduring games or people who report you and then joke about it. Thank you for reading. If this seems rude I'm sorry but I'm just getting annoyed with the constant you said something

Even the reward program isn't very good. Takes way too long to accumulate points.

to assist or speculate further. For future reference, retaliation is not an excuse. If someone is being abusive towards you the best course of action is to report and block the user. Also, if your case review was upheld, there is nothing further that can be
done other than wait out the suspension.
