Good day,

The way how the reputation system on Enforcements works, is far too sensitive for people to abuse..

I've been in several parties with people who, whenever they got battered by people in a game, reported them...

If you play games where people easily get frustrated like fifa, cod, pubg, nba etc. and are good or better and hammer most people you come up against, you'll easily can get several reports in a short period of time.

Since certain games don't allow you to play with a certain reputation, people won't be able to play their bought games without having done anything that's against the code of conduct...

Do find the idea of such an enforcement is good, only with it's current set up it'll ban a lot of people from playing their games unfairly.

What I think would work better, is to make a shortlist of things that are checked before the reputation is affected and make it obliged for the reporter to fill in a reaction. To name a few examples things that should be checked:

1. What reason is selected on the report;

2. Which game were these players playing and how likely is it that this report is done out of a rage;

3. How frequently does the reporting player submits reports;

4. How often has the reported player been reported over a longer period (at least 1 year);

5. Has the reported player been banned before, how many times and from when has it been lifted.

These things should be pretty easy to write a code to automatically run a check for these points. Know it's not 100% bulletproof method, but it will definitely improve the reputation system an awful lot...

The xbox live reputation system is supposed to be able to filter out unwarranted reports (i.e if someone reports you for no reason it doesn't affect your rep). This however, is far from the truth. The reputation system is extremely easy to abuse and literally
all someone has to do is report you for cheating when you beat them and the system sees the report as legitimate.

When it comes to messaging the enforcement team investigate it themselves, but for every other report they rely on this deeply flawed and easily abused system.

That's why I was just throwing this out there that this system is being abused by players that just can't accept facts the they are getting beat by better players like you said which shows this is being abused the wrong way and it's not fair for better player
to have a reputation like this

A lot of people on Xbox do this.. they bait you into argument. Once you argue or send them back an aggressive message with profanity, all they have to do is report you and enforcement take action.

The reputation system along with reporting is EXTREMELY flawed and easily abused.

Sorry to hear you have having some issues with the new reputation system. The reputation system is a new system that is designed to improve the way players interact with each other. When you exhibit poor behavior other players will report you. After too
many reports you will gradually decrease your reputation status and too many reports will result in an "Avoid Me" status.

A common misconception is that a certain number of reports will result in an automatic suspension. The XBLPET investigates complaints and takes each report into consideration when making an enforcement decision, but a certain volume or frequency of complaints
doesn’t guarantee a suspension. They take an evidence-based approach to enforcement and take numerous factors into account when considering issuing a suspension. The context around the content or activity is particularly essential and drives our decision-making
process. Simply put, there is no magic formula that instantly results in a suspension.

The only way to get out of that status is to play online with others with an Avoid Me status. If you can play matches without receiving negative feedback your reputation should gradually begin to improve.
