The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season - Language

I bought the game, but it turned out that it does not support some languages. Although the site they are listed in the description:

"The downloadable version of this game supports English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Swedish, Turkish."

What is the problem and how to solve it?

Can I claim a refund for false explanation?

Achievement not Unlocking.

I'm playing The Walking Dead: The complete First Season and one of the achievements hasn't unlocked though it does say "Done! Unlocking...".

 

Current Games with gold error

So the current content for games with gold is The Walking Dead: the complete first season, but most of the game is inaccessible and I surely cannot be the only one with this problem. Any help would be appreciated

 

What language are you wanting support for? Most content will default to the official language of the country that it is purchased from. For example, if you live in Germany but have your gamertag set for US the game will default to English language.

However, if you would like to request a refund you will need to contact phone support for more assistance.

 

No it's not false you just not understanding what it means

It is available in those languages and only those languages worldwide however what is available to you is based out of those selection and based on your account regions supported language

So If you are looking for lets say France it would be frenh

Canada would be French or English etc

 

Very few content support multiple languages in game

All games where indicated other languages ​​- support them when you change the language interface console.

For example Forza Horizon 2 - I bought it in a store united states, and the game supports the language that I choose for its console. In this case - Russian.

You bought Forza 2 in a store which would have had the language settings on the disc. You are, in this case, purchasing a digital download version of the game which will be set up for the language of that region.

The support to Italian means that ALL the game is translated in Italian? Or only menus?
