    According to my xbox (360) i can get the walking dead for free, but whenever I try it says there is an error and it will not download, is there something that I am missing? I would really like to play it

    No I have no error code, it just says cannot download Walking Dead Season Two, it just comes up as pending and then stops and says that, I have tried installing it via the computer but still nothing, is it because its an xbox one game and i have a 360? It
    doesn't state anywhere what console it is meant for it just says arcade

    That is strange. Can you please provide a link to the website link that you are using? As it is right now, I cannot find a free version of any of the games.

    Ok, I do see it there but the fact that there is no real link to the game suggests it may no longer be available for download. What I would recommend is try downloading the trial first and see if that works.
