The Walking Dead Season 5 Episode 10

last week I was watching this by noon and now I am still waiting at 10 o'clock at night. Need to get to bed because I have to work early in the morning and its still not in there. I paid a good price for this as did many others. Why is it not available yet

Yay I love giving microsoft money in exchange for disapointment.

 

Why am i having to pay for this episode if i already have the season pass

 

So the Episode is there, but I can't watch it.

When I start up Xbox TV on my Xbox 360, the App loads oddly, simply showing a small 4x4 Metro display of Resume, Purchased Movies, Purchased TV, and Game Videos, but nothing shows up under Purchased TV.

I've never seen this layout with the App before.

I went online and tried via Xbox Video on the web, but with Firefox, Silverlight won't load. I then went through Internet Explorer, and while Silverlight loaded fine, it's now telling me it can't play this now and to try again later.

So frustrating.

Is this happening to anyone else?

Also, for next season, can anyone recommend another service (not Apple) that offers the show, ad free (I don't mind buying a season pass, of course)?

Every season, Microsoft has had issues with episodes arriving on-time, or their app not working, and after four seasons of dealing with these inconsistent experiences from them, its time to source out other options.

Folks this has happened to me on breaking bad and now the walking dead. Seriously Microsoft?!?!... people pay alot of money for your service just to pay more money for other things. All people want is good service. You don not provide it. This is the last
time I spend money on Xbox video. Tired of it. And right now it's not even working at all. Does anybody else have problems right now with xbox video.

And that's the shame with Microsoft's services: when they work, they tend to be solid and great. But Microsoft has issues providing a consistent experience, thus the problems and thus why I'll be looking at other options for next season.

Apologies for the late reply, but yes, I was able to watch it on Thurs. Feb. 19th (didn't get a chance to try on the 18th).

I saw that service alert, but it looks like it was related to purchasing content, the Xbox Video app was showing fine, but obviously the app was not working.

For my own part I'm more frustrated with the episode being delayed by about a day in becoming available. This happens a few times per season, and I truly don't understand why.

Season 5 episode 12 is not up as well. The episode aired last night but is not available on Xbox video to watch. I should have looked into the issues before buying the season pass on Xbox video. I assumed that the episodes would be available that night or
at least the next day. Apparently this is an issue with all new episodes on this service. I will be look for more reliable service to buy my season pass next time since this is the case. I have heard that Amazon does a good job at posting new content very
promptly. As of right now I am disappointed in xbox video service and Microsoft for being so care free about getting it's customers their content in a timely manner. Looks like you really know how to lose customers Microsoft, good job. End of rant.

 

I have officially contacted Support on this issue and asked them to look into it 2 weeks in a row now. I had to look to find a post about the issue because I couldn't figure out how to start my own. Both times I contacted support they said they would look
into it. The first time has still gone unanswered and I just left chat with the second support contact. TBD..........

 

For the last 2 weeks I've had a long delay before I can view the walking dead. Last season it was available the next day but this season it's been taking almost a week. Needless to say this is not the service I pay for. Microsoft has been dropping the ball
left and right and this is just icing on the cake. Get it fixed or issue a credit. This is crap.

 

All I ask for is to be able to come from work and watch the show i paid for the day after it aired. They did ok last week, but this is now 2 out of three weeks. I would recommend a different service to future customers. Hey Microsoft, how about a hey we
are working in this and expect it to be completed by...

 

This is the second time in 3 weeks for me as well. It should be up the day after it airs. I paid for it already let me watch it ***. I have a been a Microsoft guy since the original but let me tell ya I will never purchase anything else on xbox video. So
disappointed.

wayne: this is a known problem as per other support I have talked to. They said they were already looking into it that last three weeks

wayne: i purchased a season pass to the TV show when it first came out about 6 months ago

Alfred: Have you tried to redownload the movie?

wayne: the content is not there. how do you not understand this? Its a tv series that releases an episode once a week. Season 5 epsiode 12 is not showing up to watch or download or purchase or anything

So we will get the content when they fix the issue. But he says that the content will be released in 1 - 2 days after we are supposed to get it.
