The Walking Dead Season 4 is gone

    The Walking Dead Season 4 is gone


    I purchased The Walking Dead Season 4 late February and logged in today to watch the final episodes and its nowhere to be found in the XBox Video app. I tried refreshing my history in account settings and clearing my XBox cache and nothing brought it back.
    But what's more scary is that I went online to the video.xbox.com and even though The Walking Dead is there with advertising for the series finale, when I click on it, I see a message that says item could not be found. I hadn't even signed into the website
    when I got this message so I'm thinking this isn't an issue with my account! What's going on? Where is The Walking Dead?

    The Walking Dead Season 4 is gone

    I am having the same problem. I also purchased The Walking Dead Season 4 and today it disappeared. I tried the same things that AxumObelisk tried and I had the same results. The only difference in my case was that I did sign in to video.xbox.com.

    Just noticed today that the series reappeared. I guess if you just keep checking, your purchases come back eventually...
